Don't know about yours or it being 12X12. Maybe 6X6. Mine had one above the entertainment center and one in the bedroom way up high above the bunk and close to the wardrobe. If I would of mounted it there, you'd never be able to see it. Might be better without a bunk. I never used the one in the bedroom. We also put a stand up by the bed and used that. It came with a 300lb table which we put at the foot of the bed. Worked good there.

In my 25RR, my backer plate was not attached to anything of structure. I hope that is a fluke. It was just secured to the false panel that the TV was on. I took the cabinet apart and put some support in there so I could use a swivel mount. It wasn't easy to see the tv in the corner with it flat on the wall.

Mine does not have any mounts in. Back in the corner by the entertainment area there was a picture of Cherokee trailers. I took that off and there was a sticker on the wall that's sad 12 x 12 backer. I also walked upfront in the bedroom area and there was the same sticker there My trailer does not have any TV mounts in it I am assuming may have to be put in and I am wondering is if I can screw them into that area

Those are to mark where the board is to screw into. You should be able to press on the wall with your hand and feel them there.

Sorry I don't know. I would say 1/2 inch or somewhere in that area. That's what the one in my 25RR was. I have seen other folks mount their TV's in the corner and put support braces in the corners of the TV. I personally think the lag bolts that come with those mounts are too much for a swivel mount. Your best bet, if you insist would be to mount a piece of wood between two studs (which are like 2X2's) and screw into that. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

Pass for me. I have seen others in this thread mount their chock to a board and lay that down. It seemed like a lot of work to me. You have to be careful what you screw into...it may just be a water tank. I bet if you scroll back (providing you have the time), you can see the examples that others have done. It's a long thread though but you'll get a lot.

What I did, was removed the tie down next to the refrigerator and poked a steel rod through the nylon webbing in the center of the hole next to the stud (for reference ). Then crawled under and there is about a foot of space between the clean and grey tanks, in front of the clean tank there's a metal support that the floor studs lay on, you can feel the studs and mark their center on the metal and measure their distance from the rod so that you can find them inside the trailer. I made a couple of anchors using 3/8 all thread, two hd fender washers and two long 3/8 hanger nuts. I screwed the all thread half way in the nut then screwed a 3/8x3/4 bolt with fender washer on the other end and wire welded the rod and washer to the nut. I had to weld two pieces of 2" square tube cut back on a 45' angle to the right side of the chock so that it would be bolted through two studs. I drilled through the metal support center through the stud all the way through the floor with a 3/8 drill bit, then from the top side, I used a 9/16 bit and drilled down the distance of the nut. When you tighten it down, you can barely feel any hump on the floor.

Raise the tongue as high as you can. Might want to raise the rear ramp 6" or so with chocks and use a ramp extension.

Ok I finally took my 19 rr out for the first time! Almost everything worked great except the black water flush connection was not tight enough causing it to leak on exit side of vac valve but I fixed that today. Had a blast, truck towed well and forgot to adjust brake boost on P2, dog cables, teeky torch oil, I think thats it.
8/9 mpg and dont care - anyone that does is just silly!
Oh the bed sucks ass and I got very little sleep so any cheap fixes?
I was a little heavy on the rear going up so I used another link on wdh and that did the trick with no more rear bounce.

Get a 2" memory foam mattress topper. Works great and very comfortable.
