I also removed the fake brick wall. Left the center board in mine - stained it to match the wood (coffee colored stain) - and put in a shelf to use it as more pantry space. The area is especially useful for large cereal boxes. Covered the area with a curtain to match the cushions at the other end as we had put covers on them using curtains from Menards.
I live in mine over winter while in Florida so the space is welcome.

Still need to attach clasp to keep doors closed.

I only have entertainment center left to redo. I ordered new doors and hardware. Will post pics when that gets done.

I also was able to stuff both my atvs and generator (under blue tarp in picture) into my 26RR. Can't believe how much space is in these. Can still open the bathroom door to squeeze by to get to the bathroom/bedroom but I did swap the hinge direction otherwise wouldn't be possible.Click image for larger version

Pimp my 26rr

Haven't contemplated changing door swing.

It was pretty easy to change the door swing and for us the flow works better. Since we have the tv in its original location the door no longer blocks it when open or the cabinet which we keep a lot of our food in. Does block the fridge but we are in and out of it far less. You can open the bathroom door and walk right out the main door without having to go around the door all the time.

Nice how it's easy to do that mod. I did exactly the opposite on the Vengeance 25V (same floor plan, just higher and wider). The door originally opened to where it blocked the refrigerator. Flipping it around means it will block the TV in the last 20° of movement but it's usually closed when watching TV. I guess we would rather eat than watch TV.
