Mine is a 2016, bought in August 2015, you could notice the tin bowing on top, but I did not think nothing of it. Bowing got a little worse when loading bike. Techs did not say but most likely a manufacture defect. They really did not say.

The tow vehicle did fine. Still need to dial in a little better. Think I need a longer shank and drop the hitch one more hole.

I have to calculate again for added steel weight.

Dang, mine is a 2016 as well, bought around June 2016 (I think), I'll have to sky gaze down the side to check it over.

Glad the tow vehicle worked so well. I had to go to a drop hitch when traded from the 1500 to 2500. Realized right off the bat that the original hitch I had was way too high for the 2500. Everything rides good now, even with the trike inside, the front wheel is over the front axle and the engine is right over the 2nd axle.

Thanks for the input on this.

What kind of door issues?

My door would constantly catch at the top. Almost rubbing hole in the aluminum door case. That issue was just the door issue but that is the issue that made them do the line test, which made them find the issue with the frame.

The front door was fixed on Wednesday. And worked well. The Frame was worked on Friday. The rear door that was coming apart at the miter joint on ramp door, has not been replaced yet. The wrong revision of the door was ordered so the one made did not fit.

Weird....almost sounds like they installed/welded a frame rail upside down.

WOW mxdad ~ those numbers on the dash look good, the rpm & speed - not to mention the gas mileage being shown & turbo not high. What did you get? On our trip over to Ticonderoga, we got anywhere between 8 to 10 mpg running 65 to 70, the weather going was in the high 80's. That's with my 2500 gasser and the trike inside the tt.

You can't tell by the dash, he's got himself one of those new fangled F150 eco boost! Heard they can tow the space shuttle.

Nah, I don't keep up with all the gizmo's anymore ~ have enough trouble keeping up with what I've got! Maybe he needed one of those not only to tow, but to help him back that rig into a spot ~ LOL (of course)

Got a 2017 F250 PSD. That is with a headwind.....truck only downshifted once in 200 miles. Towing with a diesel is definitely a different experience.

It's pretty light on the gizmos, but it does have the trailering cameras. It's interesting backing the trailer up with it.

mxdad ~ Good for ya!! Figured you had cameras & parking assist, now as long as it helps miss the tree limbs & such all is good.
Hope it gives you plenty of smiles per mile.

Finally, have gotten pics of Black Diamond in the cargo hold of the 26RR. You'll notice the small wooden bench I added just inside the door which has storage under the seat (minimal) and shoe storage under it, located on forward end of curb wheel well. At the back end of the wheel well is a small pre-fab pantry that DW wanted, only had to change the hardware to keep the door closed. From the ramp, you can see I removed the street side bench completely, we use a small table instead of the OEM piece of heavy junk and a couple of folding chairs right in front of the window. Extra straps over the other bench helps to pull it tight against the wall. Four tie-downs holds everything in place. Plenty of room forward to get inside while on the road to reach the fridge, potty or bedroom, enough room down curb side to double check tie-downs without opening the ramp. Ramp raised about 9 to 10 inches with 6' long addition ramps to get things inside. It works!!

Extxn , like the looks of your inside of trailer. The woodwork on your pieces look great. Nice looking trike by the way. You will get a lot of enjoyment out of it I'm sure. It would be cool to get all the 26rr, 27rr, 25rr, 19rr, and 22rr trailers together and have one big open house to see all the mods each has done and to see how they all started out looking the same but now they are much different.

I still have not found a currently produced trailer that I like better than the grey wolf toy hauler.

The dual fuel generator come with first hose section that connects from tank/regulator to generator. I used wrench to take regulator off, and bought quick disconnect fittings from Amazon. This allows me to run it off the low pressure quick disconnect in front of trailer.

Then I bought some brass nipples from local hardware store to attach the quick disconnect to the pieces that I separated.

Using the 2 30 ft extension hoses I use for my grill I can run the generator from back of pickup. I can also reconnect the regulator using the quick connect to run off the high pressure tank if needed.

Worked out well. I did have to install a hard start capacitor to AC.
