TV antenna and Sony radio

Hey all,

Finally picked up our Vengeance 25V on Saturday and got home a few hours before winter decided to make a grand return ... ugh!

Anyway, where is the TV antenna? I don't see the crank that's normally on the ceiling.

Also, anyone know of a quick start user guide that might help me figure out the Sony radio in the rig? For the life of me I can't figure out how to turn off the outside speakers let alone all of the other features!

Thanks,

Got a pic of radio face? Tv ant. could be a 'fixed' one that doesn't need to be raised to work...

Sorry - should have added the radio info. It's a Sony MEX-N5100BT.

Rather then guess, can you Google that radio for a downloadable manual?

I agree. That looks like a standard aftermarket car stereo, not an RV stereo, so chances are there won't be a way to turn off the speakers. Whoever installed that 'might' have wired them to just some of the speaker outputs so maybe adjusting the fade and/or balance might do it, but that's just a guess.

Yeah, I've got the Owners Guide and yes, it is a car radio. It's gotten decent reviews on Crutchfields and other sites however, I don't find the manuals to these things very intuitive though I also realize that I'm a bit "challenged" when it comes to things like this. I was hoping someone might have just a simple 1 pager "Setup" kind of guide.w

Contact Sony by email and request. They are a very good company to do business with nowadays.

Huh ... that never even crossed my mind. An email has been sent to Sony - thanks.

I would check the front to rear fader. This is how I would wire it myself.
