I removed the fake rock wall, and the board behind it. I then mounted a piece of 3/4" plywood about 12" wide from one wall to the other on the back. Then I mounted an articulating TV mount to that. I was able to mount a 39" TV to the mount. I then put some D rings on and put bungee cords on while traveling. It works great! I can get behind there to mess with cables, have a Inverter mounted behind there to run the TV, DirecTV box, even a 24" tv in the bedroom, ran an extension cord along with HDMI cable, and a splitter for HDMI. Works pretty slick... I noticed the newer units dont have that fake wall and where the opening is, is the top, there is no frame around it. I might modify mine to be the same, I was thinking about that before I saw the new setup. I tried to include a pic but it is not showing up, here is a pic: https://cheyennecampingcenter.com/rv...travel-trailer
Then take a look at the interior pics.
