We Might have done a thing..

Well I went and looked at it a few weeks back, but life and work got in the way of getting my wife up there to approve the purchase I wanted to make. Well today that finally happened and she loves it. Everything is approved, all we have to do is take our 2013 Cherokee 294BH up there Wed and sign all the papers and go back Friday to pick it up. We went with the 2020 Grey Wolf 325Pack13 5th Wheel. It has been a crazy (expensive) month. At the beginning of the month I bought a 2019 Ram 3500 4x4 Mega Cab Dually, and now getting a new camper. It was all part of our plans so all is good. Now its just gonna be the long wait until Friday!!! I will post pics after I pick it up.

Sounds like a great rig, and you'll have a ball adding all the extras that make it your home on wheels. Safe travels!

Congratulations.
Hope when you tow in your trade they don't try to beat you up on the agreed trade in price. They always try to pick it a part to come down on the trade price which just lines their pockets with cash lost during the deal on the unit being bought. We always let them know from the get go to keep our trade up front nearby because we are leaving with trade as soon as they start that. Had it done to us once before on an perfect unit, but backed them off on the next two units. We never have to sell, trade or buy.
My wife is so black and white on things. You don't tell her one thing and then try to change or negotiate something else. The girl don't do maybe's.

They don’t always pick it apart. Two fifth wheels ago the sales manager stuck his head inside and said “OK”. Last time nobody even looked at it before the trade-in and purchase was finalized. There are some honest dealers out there.

Sounds great, but I would not sign the contract until you have a thorough PDI.

Thank You everyone! I hauled the trade up there today, because when we went up Wednesday I left the tongue lock key at my house.. DOH.. They looked around the outside, stuck his head in looked around and said ok. Today the service guys called my wife and tried to get her to schedule an appointment for next week to get the hitch installed and do the walk through. That wasn't a smart move considering we were told all of that would be done on Friday. She hung up on them and called me as I was on my way up there with my trade and explained what happened to me. As soon as I pulled in I went to the service dept and tried to have a chat with them. Notice I said "tried". That went nowhere, so I walked over to the sales dept and told my salesman what went down and he went and got the owner. He asked if after 1pm on Friday would work for me, I agreed so I will be there at 1 and see what happens.
