Wierd problem...any thoughts?

Camping this weekend a few nights got a little chilly so I switched on the furnace on our 2016 26rr...and that's when we noticed the radio reception would kick out as soon as the furnace kicked in...when the furnace stopped the radio reception would return..any thoughts??

When the radio goes out does the display still work? Does it show the station number? If it is also a CD player will the CD continue to play when the furnace is on? Could be electronic interference.

My vote is electronic interference.

I loose my radio reception when I turn on the map reading lights.....which just happen to be LED. Other LED lights around the RV don't cause the problem.

Go figure.

I have heard of that happening with lights. Are they all the same type of LED? Is that map light the closest one to the radio?

Was this by chance AM radio? The amplified antenna on my Rockwood does not even work on AM. I had all my lights changed out at Goshen one year as TV reception was poor with a light turned on.
