Winterizing my 2019 22RR?

I know my salesman Must Have Mentioned where the By Pass Valves Were when we did the walk thru, but He wanted make sure that I knew that if I brought back to the dealer when I was ready to winterize it that they would do it "Exactly Properly" For a Fee. We had to kneel down on the ground to show me where the Low Point Drains were. Why they're between the frame rails and not three or four inches more toward the side of the unit bugs me? It sure would make it easier to reach them! TIA(Thanks in Advance)!

Find your hot water tank and the bypass valves should be on the lines going into\out of the hot water tank.
