Wolf pack questions

I'm looking to buy a wolf pack 275 pack 18.
I'm in Arizona, and I've contacted a few dealers here, but haven't heard back yet.
If not, I might have to go to Utah or Texas to purchase
Any thoughts on the trailer and buying out of state ?
Any dealers to recommend or stay away from?
Thanks for the help.

I don't know about a place in Arizona. But the dealer we used here in Utah was amazing. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Neal's RV in Orem (Central Utah). I'm not sure if they sell the model you're looking for, ours is the 325 pack 13

Thank you for the reply, one of my concerns about purchasing out of state is how would the warranty work, if I needed to use it.
Neal's is one of the dealers I will be contacting

That's where the issues come in. I bought my 25pack12 from Michigan, 8 hours from home. My local FR dealer won't do any "warranty" work. If I pay them up front they will do the repair and I will have to work with FR to be reimbursed, but they told me they have such a hard time getting paid on warranty work that they only service the units they sell for warranty claims.

That's what I have read. I have also read that there are some independent dealers that are authorized to do warranty work and still get reimbursed.
Or perhaps they are independent RV repair companies rather than dealers??
Thoughts?

Only warranty issue I've had so far was with my hot water tank. I went on Suburban's site and found a local guy that comes to you. Luckily for me he was working right near my house so he only charged me $20 (usually $50) for the service call and he replaced the control board under warranty. I did contact FR and asked them how to handle warranty work. They said to contact them first with all the details, they would let me know if the work would be covered under warranty before I went and paid anyone and expected to be reimbursed.

The entire way warranty work is done compared to vehicles, is crazy.
Forest River encourages people to buy local to avoid issues, and I understand buying local, except when the dealers near me would rather sell me a Genesis, Atttude or another more expensive brand instead of ordering a wolf pack.
Utah seems to be the closest, and it's still 9 hours away.
Still doing research..
I appreciate all of the opinions.

Your appliances and such have their own warranties. Fridge, heater, AC, stove etc. with those items forget FR. Fill out the registration forms when you buy the camper and go through manufacture of the appliance. It avoids a lot of the hassles.
