2014 Sunseeker 3050 slide issue

Has anyone had an issue with the slide on the 3050 sliding out while driving on the highway? I have had mine to two different dealers who cannot find anything wrong with it and have no idea why it is happening. I have to use a block of wood to keep the slide in on the highway.

slide walking out while driving

We have this same issue on our brand new 2016 3050s. It has been at the Forest River Factory for 2 months and they are still trying to fix it. Only had this RV on 1 vacation in July and it has been in for service the rest of the time. We really like the layout of this RV but are feeling frustrated with the whole process, I wonder if we were we sold a "lemon". I will update you if they do mange to fix this problem.

We love our 3050 and have got a ton of use in the 2 years we have had it. However, we have had a lot of issues. Main issues have been the slide and paint peeling. We try to only put it in for service when we know we are not gonna be able to use it. We also love the layout and the way the coach looks with full body paint. We have been offered by dealer to trade it in on a new one but to start over paying interest on essentially the same coach is probably not worth it. We also have put a lot of extra money into window tint, undercoating and 9 new speakers and sub woofer. The coach is in great condition besides the slide issue and the top rear corners peeling paint. Forest river has repainted twice, soon to be a third time. Ours is winterized and going back to the dealer shortly. Good luck with yours. If our slide issue gets resolved i will post it. With no locks on the big, heavy slide i think a slide lock might be the only answer for now.
