yes, you should!
well, really, there's only 'announcements' of 2020 models, and those on 'order' from the factory, for delivery later this year - there's not really any already in the market to buy - MHSRV out of Texas is an example of one who always shows models in their inventory that look like they are at the dealership, when in reality they are just on 'order'. Who knows when they will eventually arrive, but when a dealer orders hundreds over the course of the year, you have to order them WELL ahead of time, and especially if you want your dealership to be the 'first' to receive new models.
and yes, the factory design teams are already working on 2021 models, of course - the HAVE to, it takes a long time and effort to figure out what 'changes' will be made to current models, or even brand new models, and how to engineer these changes, how it impacts the manufacturer process and times, and what 'new' appliances and products that will now have to be ordered to make them happen. Even the factories have to 'wait' on products they need to manufacturer their models, and those products sometimes have to be ordered months, if not a year, in advance....
believe me, there's much more going on behind the scenes at any manufacturer than we may give them credit for... just think if you had to 'guess' at what paint colors, designs, or what floorplans might be in 'vogue' two years in the future!
