Airing up dual tires?

Is there an attachment for airing up the reverse stem on dual tires when necessary? Most gas stations do not have the right air valve attachment, making it darn near impossible.

Here is what you need. Milton Dual-Head Air Chuck — 1/4in. FNTP, Model# S-690 | Air Chucks Gauges| Northern Tool + Equipment
I don't know how you would use it at a gas station though. They dont make an adapter to use at a station. This is something you would have for your own compressor. If your out on the road, truck stops would be your best bet for air. Or get a small pancake style compressor to take with you.

You can go to a truck stop, maybe a good rv shop and get the valve stem extenders. Get the ones that come with a bracket to attach to extended stem to hub cover.

Do you happen to have a picture or link to this item? We have heard that such a thing should exist but haven't found any shop that carries them or knows where to find them.
