Sanitize water hose and fresh water holding tank, check air pressure in all tires, check all sidewall caulking (even around side marker and tail lights), flush out water heater again and check anode rod (if you have one), lube black & grey tank pull rods, inspect and clean AC cooling fins, inspect all LP lines for leaks and check LP tanks for fullness, check for any plumbing leaks, a good exterior wash, a good interior cleaning, wash windows , vacuum screens including those in roof vents...

Here's a few more: Check water level and charge battery, check water heater pressure relief valve, lube door hinges and all locks with lock lube, lube TV antenna ‘O’ ring, lube swing out steps, give your Fire extinguisher a shake, install fresh batteries in smoke detector, remotes, etc.

I also check under my trailer and fill any areas with expanding foam where mice or other critters can come in
