Annual maintenance to do list.

What's on your list ? Check and seal roof seems, grease sildeout gears, spray silicone lubricant on slide seals, change oil in generator and check air filter, change water filter....

Sanitize water hose and fresh water holding tank, check air pressure in all tires, check all sidewall caulking (even around side marker and tail lights), flush out water heater again and check anode rod (if you have one), lube black & grey tank pull rods, inspect and clean AC cooling fins, inspect all LP lines for leaks and check LP tanks for fullness, check for any plumbing leaks, a good exterior wash, a good interior cleaning, wash windows , vacuum screens including those in roof vents...

Here's a few more: Check water level and charge battery, check water heater pressure relief valve, lube door hinges and all locks with lock lube, lube TV antenna ‘O’ ring, lube swing out steps, give your Fire extinguisher a shake, install fresh batteries in smoke detector, remotes, etc.

I also check under my trailer and fill any areas with expanding foam where mice or other critters can come in

Here's what we have so far for your.....
Motorhome Yearly Maintenance
# 1 Wash Roof .
#2 Check all roof seams and seal if needed.
# 3 Grease slide out gears. #4 Lubricate slide-out seals with silicone.
# 5 Change oil and filters in generator.
#6 Change water filter.
#7 Check air pressure in all tires and airbags.
# 8 Check all sidewall caulking including taillights and markers.
#9 Flush out hot water heater and check anode rod.
#10 Lube black and grey tank pull rods and inspect sewer hose.
#11 Inspect and clean air conditioning cooling fins. #12 Check LP lines for leaks and tank fullness.
#13 Check for plumbing leaks.
#14 Thoroughly clean inside and out including screens and wash windows.
#15 Check water level in the batteries and charge if needed .
#16 Check water heater pressure valve .
#17 Lube doors hinges .
#18 Lube all locks with lube lock.
#19 Lube TV antenna O-ring.
#20 Lube swing out steps if you have them.
#21 Shake your fire extinguisher.
#22 Install fresh batteries in smoke detectors and remotes.
#23 Check under home for holes and filled with expanding foam to keep critters out .
#24 Check wheel bearing.
# 25 Inspect and grease suspension.
Anything else we need to add to the list ??

Test your trailer brakes and adjust them if needed. I first adjusted the brake controller and didn't see much improvement. Then I adjusted the brakes and found that there was plenty of room for improvement. I would suggest that you add that to the list of items. May be it should be #1 on the list due to safety.

Check propane tanks for fullness. ( I shake the tank and feel for the liquid level).
