What make are your tow bar and tow brackets? Did you install yourself? If so how hard was it. I just bought a Jeep Wrangler to tow behind my 2014 Forrester also.

RoadMaster tow bar and an Invisibrake. Works great for me. I pull a 2008 Jeep Liberty.

Tow bar is a blue ox. Tow brackets were purchased either from JC Whitney or Quadratec(I don't remember exactly). I installed them myself and it wasn't too hard. Had to drill one hole in the frame for each bracket. I purchased the wiring kit from etrailer.com. It was very easy to install.

We tow a 2014 Ford Fiesta hatchback. You can't get much lighter than this. It only weights 2400 lbs and we can barely tell it is behind our 2015 FR Sunseeker 3170DS.

Ok for that one ?
Make sure you follow the proper procedure for towing your wrangler (automatic & manual). The transfer case needs to be in neutral, then put the tranny in neutral. You don't want to cause any Tranny or Transfer Case problems..

We tow our 2013 Rubicon Automatic behind our Coach and we barely know she's there.. A great Vehicle for flat towing..

We heard a rumor that you can rent a towable car. Any info on that? We think we'll want to tow a car only occasionally and don't want that to drive our new car purchase decision.
