Blackout shade is stuck

It seems that I pulled down the blackout shade too far. It won’t roll back up.

How do I get it to roll up?

Thanks,

Bobby

PS: I can’t log into the forum from the FRF app. I get a message that the problem is with the forum. This is when using my iPhone. Electric service still down here so I can’t try my computer.

I found the shade instructions in my Dynamax envelope. It didn’t specifically address this problem but did mention how to adjust shade tension.

There are adjustment wheels on each end of the shade. Turning the left one a little resolved my problem. The right one adjusts the stop point. Very easy and quite handy.
