Realize that booster seats need to be anchored in REAL vehicle seats, typically NOT RV unit seats, other than the co-pilot seat.
You may have a child secured in their booster in a couch sitting sideways.
That doesn’t make this arrangement survivable....sitting sideways.
You mention “around the table”.
Is this a dinette setup, and seatbelts in the forward facing position?
A rear facing seat will have the Grandkids snapping back in the seat in an accident.
