Drain outlets

We have a 3171DS, new just learning the ropes. Have to de-winterize. We had a TT before this one and it had a drain pipe for the fresh water tank and two others for the trailer water lines, cold and hot water. A fourth one for the hot water heater. In this unit i only see one to, what I think is, the fresh water tank. Once I run water through the coach to clean out the pipes from the anti freeze, what next? Open the drain line underneath and that's it? What about the hot water tank? Help, planning on doing this this weekend.

There is a drain for...
Fresh water tank
Hot (red)
Cold (blue)
For water heater, take out the anode rod.

While you're at it after you take out the anode rod flush out the water heater to get rid of any junk that could be in there.

I found Two blues no red? Also did not find any by pass valve for the hot water tank. I filled the fresh water tank with some bleach to sanitize and when I turned the water pump to run the water, the water heater did fill up and there was water in the hot water side. Anybody familiar with the 3170 DS that can help?

There is a bypass. Should be right by the water heater.

I will look again but did not see anything by the water heater. Also the winterizing was done at the dealer since we just got it in november. There was some pink stuff in the casing that holds the water filter. However when i de winterized yesterday is when I saw the anode of the heater was out, which is fine, but when i ran the water to get rid of the pink stuff did not see much coming out through faucets. Also the heater filled up without problems which led me to believe either there is no by pass valve or they did not bypass the heater in which case the pink stuff would have come out. Can you be more specific as to where next to the heater I should find the by pass valve?

It should be there. You have to take the drawers out of the sink base to get to it.

Open the middle valve, close the top and bottom one for winter. Takes the water heater out of the loop.

Found them top and bottom were open middle closed. So all that pink stuff probably came out since the anode was not in place and the water heater drain was open. Hope there is no damage! Thanks for the help! Just learned something new.
