Generator Issue

Generator shut off in the middle of night. AC was on. Turned AC off and waited a couple of hours and tried to restart generator. Generator tries to start but never fires.. Cummins Onan RV QD 3200 in an Isata 3. Fuel Diesel level 7/8 of tank.Oil and filter was changed less than 20 hours of use ago. Any help is appreciated, as it is 100⁰ where are dry camping.

Your RV-QD 3200 has timed glowplug. It's possible that it's not turning on or the plug itself is bad. If you have a VOM, check the ohms on the glow plug which you can do /o removal.

Update: We are being told that it could be the voltage regulator or the circuit board. In doing my research I am hearing that the Cummins (Onan) RV QD 3200 generator has been discontinued thus making the parts hard to get and expensive. We have less than 100 hours on this generator (2018 Isata 3). Can someone from Dynamax please verify if this true?
