I also have a 2014 Sunseeker, and are quite happy with it, just wish we could use it more!
The only return air on the roof air system is directly under the unit itself. As suggested above, you probably have a dead mouse somewhere in the supply duct work. I would begin by taking down the vent in the bedroom, then the next one forward. If you don't see anything at one of he vents, take a shop vac, sealing the hose connection to the vent nearest the unit by wrapping rags, or duct tape around it. Turn on the vac. If you hear a "clunk" in the shop vac tank, take a look and see what it was. If that doesn't get it, start shoving a flexible rod, like a cheap fishing pole, or the staff for one of those flags folks use on ATVs, trying to dislodge the thing.
Someone also mentioned one of the USB cameras on the end of a long cord, as a handy way to see what is going on. I have one of these, and find it very handy, especially when fishing wires inside a wall or ceiling.
