Horrible Smell when air is on

I recently bought a 2014 Sunseeker. This was the first time I had to use the AC for any more than a few minutes. I notice there is a bad odor in the MH when the AC is on for a while. The smell reminds me of a dead mouse smell. This MH is like new and the previous owner had a new AC late last summer. Before this MH I has same size and almost same layout but with Four Winds. I wonder if the smell is being pulled from the bathroom. I never noticed any foul smell with the black or grey water tanks. I also doubt there is any dead mouse in the system since we should be able to smell it other times when AC is not on. Any ideas how to figure this one out?

Is it the dash or roof air that stinks?

You can get one of these and see a lot with very little effort...or similar

It is when the roof AC is on. The smell is concentrated in the rear of the coach near the bathroom. My thought was somehow that it was really sucking air fumes for the tanks but I don't see how that is possible. I don't get that smell when I have my roof air vents on high sucking air out of coach.

I also have a 2014 Sunseeker, and are quite happy with it, just wish we could use it more!
The only return air on the roof air system is directly under the unit itself. As suggested above, you probably have a dead mouse somewhere in the supply duct work. I would begin by taking down the vent in the bedroom, then the next one forward. If you don't see anything at one of he vents, take a shop vac, sealing the hose connection to the vent nearest the unit by wrapping rags, or duct tape around it. Turn on the vac. If you hear a "clunk" in the shop vac tank, take a look and see what it was. If that doesn't get it, start shoving a flexible rod, like a cheap fishing pole, or the staff for one of those flags folks use on ATVs, trying to dislodge the thing.

Someone also mentioned one of the USB cameras on the end of a long cord, as a handy way to see what is going on. I have one of these, and find it very handy, especially when fishing wires inside a wall or ceiling.

There is a drain vent cap under you sink that is designed to open so the sink drains properly.
Some times they will stick open and when the air is it will draw the smell in the trailer from the grey water tank or possibly black water tank depending how it’s piped in . Mine was doing the same thing and I replaced the vent cap and it quit.
It’s called a inline vent cap and you can get them at Home Depot or Lowes for less then $10
