I think I'm in trouble.....

Let me make one thing perfectly clear... I love my DW. And there's not a whole lot in this world I wouldn't do for her. BUT>>>>>
We were in the Sunseeker yesterday, cleaning up after our trip last week and going over the what we liked/didn't like about the trip as it pertained to the RV. One thing that continually sticks out as a negative with our 3010DS is the bathroom. We don't use the shower for anything more than storage, so that's not the issue. If you're familiar the 3010DS and several others like it, the toilet and sink are across from the shower and THAT room is SMALL, making certain procedures VERY difficult!
Honestly, I don't know how it came up, but one of us , probably her, mentioned a Class A and a bigger bathroom.
WHAT?!?!
Next thing I know, she's inside the house on her laptop looking at different floorplans, etc. Yeah, I joined her at the peninsula on my laptop and the first thing I looked at was an FR3. I spent maybe 1/2 hour looking at different models and such. Her? I think she still had Class A's on her screen when she shutdown her computer for the night.
I know I can't take her to a dealer and look at them. Every time I take her to a dealer, even to pick up a part, we wind up getting a different RV. It's gotta stop some time!

It's amazing how such a 'little' issue, or design, such as the bathroom, can create such a SALES BONANZA for the factories and dealers! ( I think they plan it this way!)

Face it, you'll end up doing this for her too. And it will end up being exactly what she wants which means you'll enjoy it more too.

Have seen a few small MHs along the lines of this one. Kind of a compromise between a class C and a big class A. If we were ever wanting to sell our TT for the convenience of a MH, I'd be looking at something like these. I rather like the looks of them too.

My wife says she hates going to RV Shows. Says she afraid she'll see something new that she likes. I laugh and tell her I always see something I like.

I have a TT with a huge bathroom. The DW loved that, I loved the outdoor kitchen. We are both happy.

Ti the OP: It happens to pretty much all of us. Just remember when the DW is happy, it's a lot easier for everyone else to be happy.

I loved the bathroom in our Flagstaff 27BESS, too! And so did she. I'm still reeling from the switch from that to the Sunseeker. Oh yeah, DW liked the Sunseeker!

But how big is the bathroom? My Sunseeker is 32' WITH a small bathroom.

Yep, bathrooms are a deal breaker! I don’t know why all RV engineers don’t put more consideration into room around the toilet, especially. Towel storage is also an issue in many units. We have a very functional bath in our TT, but looking at Class A’s has been interesting.

Just get out the checkbook....

Lucky for me, my DW absolutely loves our current rig, pretty much doesn't want anything bigger, AND doesn't want anything with its own engine...

Trouble for sure...My DW was looking at the displays while on a Coachmen caravan trip and saw a large refrigerator...do I need to say more? You guessed it...I bought a new refrigerator surrounded by a Motor Home.
