Jekyll Island, GA Campground - Review

We are on our last night here ... the campground is nice enough near lots of really cool and interesting things. Spent the morning at Drift Wood Beach. Very nice.

The campground is very affordable. I think we are paying $38 a night with full hook-up and a level site.

The only negative per say would be the dirt roads were in bad shape however two trucks and a big machine just showed up ... looks like they are doing upgrades to the roads ... so that should not be any issue moving forward.

My wife likes to stay at places that have a few more perks like swimming pool, hot tub and the like. None of that here.

However they offer strong wi-fi, free cable, have clean bath houses, nice laundry facility and a well stocked campground store.

On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give this little campground a solid 7.5
