Jensen Radio/Nav/Blue tooth

My in dash Jensen Radio/Nav. system is driving me crazy. I can not hear the Nav. system when it tells me to turn. The Nav. system mutes the radio but I can not hear what it is telling me to do. I have the volume up and have checked the system to make sure the levels are up on the volume for the Nav. System. I have taken the unit back to Camping World (worthless group of people) twice and they say everything is normal and are of little to no help. I don't think they even check it and refused to go on a test ride for me.

I purchased my 3011 from them and refuse to ever spend another dollar with them.

Any suggestions before I by a Garmin system to use independent from the radio system?

Do yourself a favor as I did, forget the Jensen and get a Garmin RV760. The nav on the Jensen is worthless, the text is too small to read. The Garmins have it together in my opinion.

Ordered it from Amazon $399.99 with lifetime map updates. Hope to have it delivered by Wednesday.
