Kitchen counters?

After a couple of weeks looking at motorhomes, I am amazed at the lack of kitchen counter space. What gives? I don't need 1.5 bathrooms, I need food prep space!

Am I missing something? Is there a MH out there with more counter space in the kitchen?

The Forest River Berkshire 400QL has more counter top space than I've seen in any MH that I've looked at.

The angle of the photo doesn't do justice to the size of the counter. I feel like a gourmet chef in there.
