Rear bed slide won't extend.

My rear bedslide won't extend on my 2016 3011DS. It seems as though there may be some sort of obstruction on the right side. Both motors start when I hit the button. After about 2 inches the slide cocks to the left when the right side stops moving and then shuts down. I can then retract it back in completely. I tried to check the codes on the control panel which is next to impossible to do because whoever installed it put it in upside down and on the side of the wall not on the side facing you. I believe there maybe something obstructing the slide on the right. Both motors start. The one on the right stops first then the left. Any thoughts on how to access under the slide to check for obstructions. We are on a short trip now and the bedroom is a bit cozy.
