REV Driver door weather strip fell off

Today the upper weather strip above the driver door fell off of my REV. Fell on my head. It looks like a Dodge issue to me and not a Dynamax build problem. I noticed that no adhesive was used to hold the weather strip in place.

Is that the normal practice now?

TIA,

Bobby

It was easy to put back on but I expect it will fall off again without adhesive.
