Question Running lights blow fuse

Happy New Year to all
Hope I can get some help with the running lights. As we are in Canada the running lights have to be on all the time. Mine was wired up by the dealer ship when new by the previous owner. As son as I start the vehicle they blow the fuse. Not sure how they wired it. The motorhome is an 07 forest river.
I thought some one might know how they wired it so I know where to look first

Is this something that just started?
Have they done this since you've owned it?
