Skylight fantastic fan broke

The skylight portion of the fantastic fan got 2 holes in it. Duck tape worked well and on we went. I am back home and need to figure a fix. The sunlight looks riveted into the fan. Anyone replace the skylight portion or anyone know if the entire unit needs replacement? Warranty item?
Thanks.
