Sumo Springs vs Helwig Sway Bars

Overall, much happier with the ride of our 2015 3010 after installing safe-t-plus, Bilstein shocks and Henderson rear trac bar, but would like to add one more mod this spring.
Looking for opinions for which would be the best bang for the buck. Sumo springs look like they are around $169 for front and $233 for rear compared to $200 for front Sway bar and $233 for rear Sway bar, so not a big difference in price.
My thought is, if the Sumo springs are suppose to help with sway and give a better ride, that may be the way to go. Another question is, would the rear ones replace the air bags or go in a different spot. I believe I'm looking at the bump stop ones so I'm not sure about that. I'll probably make a call to Sumo tomorrow with some of these questions too.
I keep thinking of doing the Sway bars, but these Sumo springs seem to be very good too, just not sure I'm comparing apples to apples.

I just ordered hellwig Sway bars, front and back today. Looking forward to seeing the difference in handling.

We installed the helwig sway bars on the front and rear and they definitely made a difference on our 3171DS Forester. Enjoy the ride.

I installed sumos all around, hellwig
Anti sway bar and bilstein heavy duty shocks plus pumped up tires to 75. Solera (mbs) handles much better, more like driving a car.

Which sumo springs did you put on? I see they have the bump stop replacements and then it looks like they have what would replace the air bags in the rear, which look much more expensive.
