To cover or not to cover that is the question

Looking for advice on covering my MH for the winter and also which is a quality cover to use. Please provide your experience with covering.
Thanks

I use a cover for my Sunseeker 2900. I live in a Arizona and I want to minimize sun damage so I cover between trips. We purchased a generic Adco 30' to 32' cover through Camping world. Here
So far so good, it takes about 15 minutes to cover and if you're careful I expect to get at least three seasons if not more out of it.
I use a trash can to cover and uncover

Thanks Mike,
Loved the Video
I'd like to put up an aluminum style car port but I can get 4 covers for that price.

We bought the carport cover for ours. Think it was around $2000 bucks, but it's a one time expense and drive in and out. Worried about the covers not allowing air circulation with our southern humidity causing mold which happened to sisters camper.

Update: i went to pickup my unit yesterday from storage. We had some pretty good monsoon activity these last couple of months and my cover developed a couple of holes that look like they were caused by rubbing on the ends of the back bumper. I had foam padding over the ends of the bumper but it must have gotten loose somehow. The cover comes with patches, we'll see how that goes.
So, I'm going to have to revise my estimate of this cover lasting 3 years... On the other hand, for what these covers cost, I can purchase 2 covers per year and still come out ahead over a covered parking spot.
