Warranty Transfere
Is a Ford V10 warranty transferable? I am looking at a 2008 MH with 3000 miles on. Owner bought it new and never took a trip in it or slept in it.

the chassis part might be but depends on the motor home manufacture - call a ford dealership and see what they say - if it is a forest river product it only has a two year warranty if they got the extended which is non traferable also.
If it was me buying a Motor Home - I would get a Diesel pusher cause the price of gas is going up and a Diesel will last 3 times longer then the gas engine will ever - of course you are going to get diffrent opinions on this one

I called Ford the power train warranty is still good and is transferable. It has 57,000 miles and 18 months left on the warranty with roadside assistance. Diesel is $.45 a gal higher than gasoline here, 6 months ago it was $.30 a gal higher. I do agree a DP will last longer, but I dought if I will. Did mention this coach is $25,000 below NADA wholesale?
