I have a 2010 GT 330TS on a 2008 chassis and tow a 2006 Jeep Liberty. Traded in a BigHorn 5th wheel and just love the ease of setting up the GT.

we have a new 2010 sunseeker 3100ss with the queen aft. so far we love it. only issue was they cut the wall hole for the 12v recept. larger than the recept. thus there was nothing for the mounting screws to attach to. the dometic ac power box crapped out at just 6 mos but dometic and a local repair service handled under the warranty. have been to fla and back and all around nj, va, and eastern pa.

It's kind of interesting that all of these rigs are no more than four years old, with most being new within the last twelve months. How long has Forest River been making motorhomes? It would seem like they are relatively new in the market based on this survey, which I understand is far from scientific.

We have a 2010 GT 378TS. Love IT! The floorplan is the best.

Tow the Jeep at times and trailer the motorcycles at times.

I don't know how long FR has been manufacturing motorhomes, but my first FR MH was a 2002 GT 325DS, and had another 2006 325DS. Then, I made the mistake of going to an RV show last January and saw the 378TS. That did IT! Another FR motorhome. Have been real happy with them.

Ours is an '02 Georgetown 325S, F53 V-10. We bought it last July from the original owner who'd had to give up because of health issues. It's in gorgeous shape, with less than 12K miles when we bought it. Apart from a couple of grubby spots on the upholstery (the barrel chair by the door and the top of the forward dinette seat back), the interior looked like new.

Obviously we had to replace the original chassis '01 GY tires. Since we're in Les Schwab territory, we got their Toyos. The only other issue has been a rotted slide topper on the living room slide. I think this resulted from the previous owner parking it for the best part of 18 months with the slide deployed and facing south.

We did about 2700 miles between late July and the end of October, getting about 8 mpg. We've docked it for the winter alongside the garage and expect to be resurrecting it in mid-April.

At present, our trips tend to be 4 or 5 days, because of limitiations of our 13+ year old Labrador. She has a tough time with the entry steps, so we keep the trips short.

We're considering longer trips when she's not with us any more and may look into toads. We don't stay long enough anywhere to need one in our present style of travel, but if we go farther afield, a toad would be useful.

We have a Kia Sedona van, weighing abiut 4500 lb and our hitch is rated at 5000 lb. It would be prohibitively expensive to modify an 8-year-old van with 80K on it for flat towing, but a braked dolly would probably push us over the hitch limit. Still working on that!
