21' work and play bent frame tongue

It looks like my 2003 work and play tongue is starting to bend upwards. I know these type of trailers have heavy tongie weight when the back "garage" is empty. Has anything been resolved with this problem under warranty or a class action procedure? What can I do?????

I would get it into a welding shop and see what they can do to strengthen it . You may find a few hundred dollars can get it fixed vs a lot of $$$$ spent fighting it.
