It seems common that dealers either don't mention it or as in our case, just say "the form is this big pile of papers." My understanding is that the dealer doesn't get any commision or payment from FR if you buy it. So unlike the expensive aftermarket warranties where the dealer makes a huge profit selling it, they don't tend to push this one on you.
We bought our camper at an RV show, did the paperwork and then picked it up a few weeks later when the snow melted. Being out of sight/out of mind, we didn't go back through the papers and mail the form in the 10 day window if they were counting from the purchase date. But we had no problem - they mailed us back a signed copy and cashed the check.
