Broken ramp repairable?

Bought this 2011 Ultra work n Play, really nice condition except the guy told me that the ramp had broke and been repaired by a dealer mechanic but at his home off duty. Looked good but now using a couple months it's starting to warp at the repair area that is right at bottom where it attaches to hinges ect. Also seems like the whole door is sorta flimsy as it bows every time I'm loading my bbq pits, each weigh about 350lbs. Have seen other friends put props under their ramps and actually roll out the grills and cook on top of them, no way i could do that with mine so thinking mine is damaged all through. Any ideas if theres a way to stiffen it up and or repair the break properly? What does a whole new one cost?
Thanks

Im afraid you will have to take it apart and have a look. Should be a metal frame under the plywood. Sounds like something is broken or it needs reinforcement. Good luck

those are great pictures, I wonder if that is standard construction on most toy hauler ramps.

[SIZE="4"]Caution: Diamond plate looks really great but is slick when used on ramp for Motorcycles, Can Am Spyder and Can Am Maverick. I took mine off and replaced original.
