Dealer damaged my 30wrs

Back in April I had my camper at the dealer for warranty water leak in the master living area. The leak was in the closet on the drivers side. So they fixed the leak and replaced the trim in the cabinet. Fast forward to this weekend,I was doing my 2-3 month inspection and that's when I noticed what they have done. When they stapled the new trim they must have used staples that were to long cause it cracked the fiberglass on the outside. The problem is I really don't think that the dealer is qualified for any fiberglass work and still make it look new.

One thing I can say for certain, I would not let that dealer attempt the repair. My guess is repair person used what ever staples were in the gun from the last job.

Take it to a boat dealer, they do a lot of fiberglass repair.

America Choice RV in Ocala did almost the same thing to our 30WRS when it was new, they had to under warranty change out the big sliding garage door screen. Their tech used too long of screws and drove eight of them out through the exterior fiberglass sidewalls on both sides. Amazing how they don't even see their "screw up", call us to come and pick up the trailer, I see it and bring it to their attention. Another 200 mile round trip and two weeks later.

Yea, they patched and repainted the exterior fiberglass gel coat in that area. Took them two weeks. But, the point I was trying to make, is that the techs they hire are so careless and glueless that they don't even see their own screw ups before they call the customer to come and pick up the RV.
I guess they thought the customer wouldn't notice screws sticking a half inch out of the exterior walls.
