Dometic A/C: lower the fan speed?

I have a non-ducted Dometic 13.5 air conditioner and wife tells me it is too loud at night, even on low. Cools great, almost too great at night. Personally I like the noise and it covers up if anyone is snoring. Not saying which one of us snores, just saying

It has the 3 speeds switch, but was wondering if there is way to slow down the low speed fan to reduce amount of air and noise.

Appreciate the input, Mark.

A different fan blade would be the easy way or mod the one you have.

I suggest you turn on a fan to mask the noise........

ac fan

An a/c fan running too slow may cause the evaporator coil to freeze up. Be careful.

that's a big issue with "Blast from the Center" non-ducted a/c's.
noise level and poor temp control are reasons we insisted on buying a rig with ducted a/c.

maybe a newer a/c replacement would be quieter.
