Generator install???

Just picked up a used onan 4000. Getting ready to install in a 25WAB and noticed there are two fuel lines in the compartment. It appears that the onan only needs one. So what do I do with the other line? Also what have others done for exhaust routing?

The 1/4" is the fuel line and the 5/16" is the EVAP line (suction line) that goes to the vapor canister mounted next to the fuel tank. At the generator it is routed to the intake manifold.
