Thanks, after I finish the trim I still have to get the spring assist tight enough to keep the gasket sealed, so it don't leak again.

Sharp! How did you seal the joints in the external diamond plate? Are they lapped or just butted? Or are you just counting on the interior/ramp face to handle the moisture?

It's overlapped and the whole edge about 1/2 in. from the edge is sealed with 3M 5200 sealant. It suppose to be like liquid steel ! And also sealed around the edges with 100% silicone.

I also found out that I had a leak on the right side on top of roof coming in that was the major reason the ramp rotted. I sealed it with a product DYCO C-10 for metal roofs took me 8 tubes at $15 a tube.

Did not, will be back at TT in the middle of the week will take some picks.
The leak was on the right side looking from the back just above the first vertical bar from the right where th roof meets the rear molding.on top the roof.
