Has anyone changed Rubber seal on ramp door?

Where would I purchase the rubber seal for my ramp door?

Found out why my ramp door rotted, the cable on the right side is loose and didn't keep the ramp and rubber gasket firm against the camper. Water got in and rotted the wood underneath. I though it was because the gasket was bad, Not the case at all.
But I'm changing it anyway.

Thanks for the update.
Keep an eye on the door latches and grab handles as they get pulled and stressed over time they will need resealing every couple of years.

I will definitely keep an eye on it now, it's a lot of work to completely redo a ramp! 3 and a half days and only half way finished.

Mig or arc welding it? Did you consider alum to reduce wt? BTW, looking good regardless.

Looks like a mig gun hanging to his right in the second picture.

I concur, good progress...

What are y'alls opinion on having the entire interior side of the door coated with something like Line-X? Seems like that would work well, plus it would enable a lot more traction while loading/unloading.

I've used silicon seal around all the interior side trim and on all the outside fasteners but it would be a lot easier to just have the inside sprayed.

I see no reason to not coat the ramp with a bed liner type coating. I used one on my homemade toyhauler. Worked great for traction.

I'm going to get a quote to have this done. I'm not really too worried about leaking since it appears to be sealed pretty good now. But, when the ramp gets wet it's slicker than pig snot. Even dry, when unloading, the front brake on my Harley will easily lock up the front wheel and it just keeps going. To get around that I put the bike in gear (not running) and slip the clutch (can't use the brake because both feet on the ground) just enough to slow things down. Works well but would rather use just the brake. I have the bed sprayed in my truck and it's almost impossible to slide things around on it...even when wet.

I added a flap on the door and while doing that, painted the entire door with gray paint loaded with anti skid. I busted my but the first time out before the paint. Seems to work way better than stock crap.
