It depends on the brand- I know that SabreSam for Sabre, bclemens for Sunseeker and Wildcat Chris post here often in public and in PMs (I assume).

There are a handful of other reps- some active, some less active. I'm betting this forum gets read more often than we realize.

54,000 Forest River RV owners on this forum...54,000 potential future customers. I believe the forum is watched closer than you think!

you must not be reading posts in a number of other sections here at FRF.

if you look to the right, at the list of Online User, there will be a number of names in bright green. those are the Commercial Members, with most being factory reps.
there are posts from factory reps daily, with a number of them being quite active. Wildcat Chris being one of the most active.
unfortunately, most FR brands do NOT have any reps here as members.
so, there are only a few brands that have active reps usually posting in that brand's sub-forum.

Well said.

Thanks for the info, bikendan. Unfortunately, I don't visit other FR forums, because my primary focus is my Work & Play. However, it's good to know forum members in other parts of the FR website do get a little personal contact now and then. IMO it would be nice if we here in the Work & Play forum could have that same presence, too

"Commercial Members"? - I never did see or understand the method used here for ranking members status. I always thought the names in bright green were moderators and/or administrators. I never heard of "Commercial Members".

Could someone explain?

I used to say "I didn't do it, my brother Bob,Gary,or Joey ( which ever one was more appropriate or believable) ."

Didn't always work.

Interesting request. I would rather have had the member post a complimenting
statement after the problem was resolved.

You know there could be numerous factory rep kind of people on here that pose as regular RV owners and converse with everyone on a daily basis and no one would be the wiser. Thus being able to glean info in a very non confrontational manner.
