Jensen DVD overheating?

I'm a new W&P owner and new to the entire RV experience, so I was surprised to find that my DVD player will start to pause intermittently after about 10 minutes. After about 30 minutes, the DVD can not be watched as it spends more time frozen than playing. The Jensen unit is mounted in a small enclosure under the cabinet that holds the TV surface mount. The only ventilation is a small hole on the back for cables. The plastic enclosure feels quite warm which leads me to believe I have a thermal problem.
My RV was purchased as a new '13 about 2 months ago and this problem occurred on the first DVD attempt (Lone Survivor). I later attempted a different DVD with lower graphic requirements (Audie Murphy movie) and it played fine.
The dealer told me to call Forest River, but can't find a # for them.
I intend to tell the dealer to deal with it, but if it continues I will install a small muffin fan on the bottom of the DVD enclosure to try to cool things down.

Not much of a dealer, if the first thing they say is to call the manufacturer, especially after only 2mos of ownership. It does sound like it might be a heat problem though.

May need to add a cabinet mount circulation fan.
