I towed at 65-70 and had 1 moment where I thought a dually would have been better. Going down a 7% grade with sharp turns....was going 55 on this section. I feel confident I can tow it any where with this truck, and will.....until I find a dually that I like.
Thanks for the feedback. I have an 07 34RL and a 2500 HD GMC Sierra Dmax / Alli.

I have not pulled it much yet, but was wondering how your SRW truck did. My first race this year will be the Loose Moose National Enduro in Marquette Mi. on 6/29. That will be the first big outing for my rig.

Last year at that race I slept in my enclosed snowmobile trailer, it got down to 36 deg over night (gotta love michigan weather!). That's when I started looking for a better way to camp at the races.

Awesome ! I haven't done an enduro yet. Want to though. They have the sumpter enduro that's not to far from me, just every year something else comes up. I do enjoy some hare scramble/woods/gncc racing though. I missed steele creek gncc this year due to the rv coming in that same weekend, its about 30 minutes from my house.

I got back into it when they got away from the time keeping aspect. I rode D14 Hare Scrambles in the 80s and early 90s.

Then just play rode after that.

Enduros are fun. Last year's Jack Pine, we did 96 miles (that included transfer sections), in 98 deg heat. I was spark knocking pretty good after that one.

I was never really one for motocross, I do not seem to have the ability to jump? I can carry a fair amount of speed as long as I can see where I am going. Once I head up the face of the jump and all I can see is the jump face, I lift off the throttle.

Pros have a saying.....Jump for show, corner for dough. Jumping has always come naturally to me....not sure why...I have just always known what gear and what speed I need to be to clear it. I was always the new jump test dummy when I was younger....now at 37 years old... I let someone else do it.

Since the vid was liked. Here is my youngest son (16) taking his first moto win ever. Also won the overall for the day. He is on a 125 two stroke, which is quite under powered against the 250 four strokes he is racing against. Chip off the ole block I like to think ....Proud dad right here !

Very cool, love the first turn where he stuffs it right in between the 2 other bikes!
