Leaf stains on roof

I just returned from a long trip and I am cleaning the camper before I put her in hibernation. I used a hose stream to clean the roof but I still have maple leaf stains. How concerned should I be with the stains as far far as it affecting roof life? And should I apply a conditioner of some sort?

Also, I noticed small spots, mostly about an inch or two, where the roof material was not glued and loose, mostly around the edges. How concerned should I be?

Thanks, Mark

Stains on the aluminum roof are not going to hurt anything. I would be concerned about any of the sealing material that is not bonded to the aluminum and is pulling away. Have your dealer check it.

For my aluminum roof once a year I use a scour pad and soap and give it a good scrubbing. I buy scour pads looks like scotch brite pads on a brush. I connect them to a pole and scrub from a ladder... I don't get on the roof.

I would be interested in seeing a picture of the sealer your talking about...
