Leaving in the morning

Leaving Central FL in the morning for Laconia, NH for the bike rally. First trip with the new toy hauler. I wanted to say thank you to all of the responses/advice I received concerning my new unit. I can not believe that a new camper, does not come with an owners manual like a new car or truck. Seems to me that the RV companies should not make a new purchaser rely on finding out information from others that they should supply. That being said ya'll have certainly helped me learn about this new toy hauler. I am still some what apprehensive about this trip, but figure what the hell, if something breaks we'll get it fixed, and learn everything else as we go.
Didn't mean to be so long winded, but again thank you all on this site...Mark

They rely on the dealer to give an extensive pdi to fully familiarize you with your unit. Therein lays the problem.
Good luck ! Have fun.

The owners manuals that came with our last 2 campers were so generic they could cover any towable camper. More helpful are the manufacturers manuals that cover the furnace, water heater, fridge, AC unit, etc.
