Million mile bolts

I`ve found some loose and stripped out on the bottom of my work n play. Has anyone changed these out with stainless steel bolts or have a better idea?

Stainless would be OK if you watch out for electrolysis. I am pretty sure the OEM bolts have plastic washers to act as insulation between the aluminum and steel..

Think I`ll look around and try to find a nylon washer with a flare to it. So it will go in past the aluminum trim piece. Like the plastic washers on the bolts in it now.

I don't know how old your unit is, but if the bolts are loose, either the ones on the side that have t-nuts, or the ones on the front that are self tappers, it is likely do to the fact that the wood may be rotted in that area and there is no more pressure to hold the bolt in place.
When you replace them and tighten them up, if it squeezes the material and flexes the fibreglass on the outside, you will see if you have a problem.

I don't think I would jump to conclusions on rotten wood. I had one that was sitting proud and when I went to tighten it there was no nut on it at all. But, checking your rig for leaks and moisture often is a good Idea.
