Mounting Onan 4000 EVAP

My 2015 work and play 30 WRS came generator prepped. I now have a onan 4000 EVAP generator. I have no clue as to how to mount it. Does anyone have any suggestions?

My Onan gen in my toy hauler has angle iron bolted to the bottom and then the angle is bolted to the trailer frame. It looks fairly straight forward. I'm sure a local metal shop could give you some pointers or point you in the right direction of who could do it for you.

Thanks for the reply. So it has an angle iron on both sides that is bolted down to the floor?

My work and play has been cut out and expanded metal is covering the cut out. Just dont see how that expanded metal can hold up to that kind of weight.

Mine actually bolts to some brackets that are welded to the frame. Without actually looking at it it's hard for me to give a good suggestion on how to do it. Can you post some pics.

Jpwband, did you get gen mounted? What did you use for fuel tank? Did you wire in indoor starting and fuel gauge? I also just picked up an Onan 4000 but it has no gauges or fuel tank!

I see OP question is a little old but when he mentioned expanded metal I am wondering if he is looking at the Gen location on the front tongue instead of a compartment?

I ordered my 2014 gen prepped also and the gen compartment is truly expanded metal on the bottom, and the door has roughly a 6" wide strip the length of the door that is expanded metal which I'm guess is for ventilation!
