New 18 EC owner

I just picked up my new 2012 Work and Play 18 EC toy hauler this week. We considered a motorhome, then a 5th wheel and finally decided for our cross country trip this summer we wanted something smaller and more manuverable for the two of us.

I am towing with a 2011 F150 Ecoboost 4x4 Supercrew which pulled it home with ease and lots and lots of gasoline. Pulled great but averaged about only 8.5 mpg on the Florida Turnpike at 65 mph. I am hoping that having only 52 psi in the tires instead of the reccomended 65 made a big difference. I'll know better next trip.

I stubled upon this forum and I am sure I will have many questions in the coming days and weeks.

Anyway, I just wanted to introduce myself. Mark

I just picked my 2012 WPEC18 as well....I also have an F150 Supercrew but not a 4X4. Gas mileage appears to be the same for me as well. Plan on taking it out locally to go through a trial run before any big trip.

Will let you know if I hear anything different on the gas mileage.
