How many people haul Can Am Spyders with their toy haulers?

We haul our Can Am Spyder a lot and occasionally our Can Am Maverick. We also on occasion haul our BMW R1200R LC . We have a 25WAB and previous was an 18EC. If buying the Can AM Maverick make sure you buy the 60" and not the 64" model.

Hauling the Spyder was a breeze in both.

My father has a difficult time loading his Spyder in his Cyclone. It hangs up on the underside. I suggested he place some wood under the end of the ramp to decrease the angle at the top.

Run the hitch jack all the way up before loading. Then place 4X4 blocks under the end of the loading ramp and a half sheet of plywood (24"X6') from the ground to the loading ramp for initial entry rise. Don't forget to chalk the front side of the trailer tires as you will be disconnected from the TV.

Slide blocks and Plywood under Spyder in the toy hauler for transport. Do the same for unloading. This reduces the loading angle.

Great, looks good. Just got back from Montana with my W & P. I love it.

Went over to the "Dark Side" and bought a 2017 F250 King Ranch Diesel when I got home. Amazing truck.

Leaving for Salt Lake on the 11th for the BMW MOA National annual Rally. They are expecting over 6000 attendee's. BMW Motorcycles every where!

Nice. I have a 16 f250 platinum and really like the looks of the 17. I'll upgrade to it one of these days. If yours has it I'd like to know if the adaptive cruise control works when pulling the camper or any trailer.

I have not hooked up the trailer yet so could not answer that. Maybe you could answer a question for me. On my F150 Platinum we had to insert a fuse before the TT would receive a charge from the TV. Not knowing this we burned out several refrigerators when running on propane. When the battery got depleted the refer fan would stop and the heat would burn up the refer wires.

Can not see anything in the tow section of the trucks owners manual about this. It does show a 30a fuse for this in the fuse diagram but nothing else. Been to hot here after running diesel engine to check the fuse box in the engine compartment to se if in fact there is a fuse inserted in this position.

I had to do the same I had to insert the towing fuse on my old f150 platinum for a old cargo trailer I had for the slingshot so it would charge the lights and emergency brakes battery. But on the f250 it already comes installed so you won't have to do it on the f250.
