01 roo hybrid

I have a problem with my bunk doors getting wet....(underneath the bunk liner)
I have removed all the old Caulk and recaulked both bunk doors.I also replaced all the seals around the bunk doors. Seals came direct from the factory I still get water under the bunk liner. Any and all suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure what you're calling a bunk liner.
Can you post pics of what you're talking about?
